The SVY is a group of people aged 12–25 interested in issues facing young people in the local and broader community. SVY members develop knowledge and skills in leadership, communication, public speaking, team work and civic affairs.
SVY plan and organise events and initiatives for local young people, such as workshops, quiz nights and music competitions. SVY members are also given opportunities to have their say on City projects and planning.
Meet the SVY members and hear about their experiences in this video series.
