A free event for older adults from 10am to 11.30am to explore the Museum collection and discover new artefacts with a different theme each month. Meet new people, share memories or sit back, reminisce and listen to some interesting history over a free morning tea. Museum Mornings are held on the first Thursday of the month at the Subiaco Museum.

Over 55 Community Exercise Classes
Build strength, keep active or improve mobility. Lords run regular low intensity dance, Pilates, fitness and yoga classes at The Palms Community Centre, Shenton Park Community Centre and at Lords recreation centre.
