With My Account you can:

  • Lodge business applications quickly and conveniently and track their progress so you always know what’s happening. 

  • Pay application fees, permits, and more using a safe, streamlined process that works around your schedule. 

  • View your applications, requests, property details and more in a single, easy-to-navigate portal that’s available 24/7.

The following applications are currently available in My Account and more services will continue to be added during 2026:

  • Opening a new food business

  • Purchasing or taking over an existing food business

  • Changing food business details

  • Outdoor dining permit

  • Outdoor dining licence transfer

  • Outdoor dining permit dek or parklet

  • Cancellation of food business

  • Application for property enquiry inspection

  • Public event application

  • Operate a temporary food stall

  • Subiaco Farmer's Market temporary food application
