Rates notices are currently on their way to residents via email (eRates) and postal mail.

We know that BPAY is a secure and preferred payment option for many of our residents. If you are using BPAY, please note that rates payments should be checked and updated to reflect the new payment reference (‘Ref’) number from the previous financial year (2025-26).
