Building applications can be submitted online through the City’s website via My Account. 

To see the application forms and associated information, refer to the Building applications and forms page. 

Only complete applications will be accepted by the City of Subiaco. If information is missing from the application package, you will receive an email within seven days requesting additional information. An application will not be formally lodged until all additional information is received.   

NOTE: The Building Services team are available for in-person appointments at the City's Council Chamber and Customer Service at Level 2, 388 Hay Street, Subiaco. To book an appointment, please call the City on 9237 9222.   Alternatively, to lodge a building application via email please contact: building@subiaco.wa.gov.au.
