Building applications can normally be submitted online through the City’s website, however, be advised that the current online lodgment system for Building Applications (Authority Services) will be discontinued from close of business 15 May 2026.
We will be transitioning to a new online lodgment platform supported by TechnologyOne, which will be available from 28 May 2026.
If you are planning to submit an application between 15 May and 28 May 2026, we recommend delaying your submission until the new system becomes available.
If your application cannot be delayed, you may submit your application via email to building@subiaco.wa.gov.au, or lodge your documents in person at the front counter at 388 Hay Street.
