Your 2025/26 Rates
Rates notices are currently on their way to residents via email (eRates) and postal mail. This year, Rate Notices will have a new payment reference (‘Ref’) number which must be used for all payments.

We know that BPAY is a secure and preferred payment option for many of our residents. If you are using BPAY, please note that rates payments should be updated to reflect this new payment reference (‘Ref’) number.

As we continue our digital transformation project, we are consistently making improvements to the way our residents interact with us and access City services. We appreciate your patience as we transition to our new online rates payment platform this month.
