Use your Visa or MasterCard to pay your rates directly to the City with the BPOINT online payment system. Please note a credit card transaction limit of $10,000 applies.

By post
Please make cheques payable to the City of Subiaco, and crossed 'not negotiable'. Return the cheque and payment slip together in an envelope and post to Locked Bag 16, Subiaco WA 6904.
Receipts are not issued; please retain the top portion of the notice for your record of payment.
In person
Payments can be made over the counter with the City’s customer service staff at the City of Subiaco administration building at Level 2 388 Hay Street, Subiaco.
You may also pay your rates at Australia Post office or agency. Australia Post payments can only be accepted with the original barcoded rate notices presented intact. Payment can be made by cash, cheque, EFTPOS or credit card.
BPAY®
BPAY® payment is available to customers of participating banks, credit unions and building societies and is accessible through your financial institution's online portal. To pay using BPAY® you will need the biller code and payment reference number located at the bottom of your rate notice. Payments must be for a minimum of $5.

If you hold one or more of the appropriate Pensioner or Seniors cards and, on 1 July of the financial year, own and occupy residential property as your ordinary place of residence, you can receive a concession on your rates.
WA Seniors Card (SC)
SC holders are entitled to receive up to a 25 per cent rebate on general rates and the emergency services levy.
The rebate on general rates is capped to a maximum amount. In 2022-23, the capped amount is $100.
The deferment option is not available for SC concession payments.
WA Seniors Card (SC) and a Commonwealth Seniors Health Card (CSHC)
Those holding a SC and a CSHC are entitled to receive up to a 50 per cent rebate on general rates and the emergency services levy.
The rebate on general rates is capped to a maximum amount. In 2022-23, the capped amount is $750.
Holders of SC and CSHC cards may be entitled to defer general rates and emergency services levy.
Pensioner Concession Card (PCC) OR State Concession Card (SCC)
PCC or SCC holders are entitled to receive up to a 50 per cent rebate on general rates and the emergency services levy.
The rebate on general rates is capped to a maximum amount. In 2022-23, the capped amount is $750.
PCC or SCC holders may be entitled to defer general rates and emergency services levy.
