The City of Subiaco has started to email and write directly to residents about the new e-permit parking system which will replace the old paper permits.
There are now also online tutorial videos available to help, covering topics from how to register for residential and visitor permits, to changing the rego on an active permit, and more.
This series of explainer videos is available to assist you and is one of the measures in place to help residents navigate this change.
Each short video presentation takes you through the process step-by-step, and you can choose to watch some or all of the videos as and when you need them.
If you still need further help with the system after watching the videos, you can contact the Compliances Services team on 9237 9222 or email complianceservices@subiaco.wa.gov.au.
The e-permit tutorial videos are available via the City’s website.
Current permit holders will be transferred across to the new system by City staff, and if you haven’t received a letter or email about this yet, you’ll be contacted when this has been completed for you.
After registering for an account, e-permit holders can log-in and manage their e-permit parking at https://subiaco.digitalpermit.com.au/
