Do you have a Risk Management Plan that covers the activities associated with your partnership proposal? If yes, please attached. If you do not have one yet, are you willing to create one and submit it to the City within 7 days of your partnership being approved?
Within 60 days after the end of the partnership term, would you be willing to submit an Evaluation and Aquittal Report including evidence of how the partnership funds were spent - e.g., an audited financial statement (e.g., profit and loss statement), or any other authorised documentation that outlines your organisation’s expenditure of the partnership funds
If you are holding an event, is it free for people to attend? Or if you are charging for tickets, are the tickets affordable and will any profits from the tickets be directed back into the social mission of your community organisation, and how?
