The City of Subiaco’s popular free sunset@subi concert series is back for its 36
th season to help you unwind and make the most of warm summer evenings at three outdoor venues across the City.
This year’s six-concert program kicks off with a special Christmas concert at Lake Jualbup on Sunday 17 December; the series will resume in the new year with acts including a tribute to The Seekers, some high-octane New Orleans-style brass, and The Australian Blues Brothers.
Concerts run from 6pm to 8pm, with an Auslan interpreter on stage at all performances.
City of Subiaco Mayor David McMullen said the sunset@subi concert series is a popular annual fixture.
"I’m looking forward to opening sunset@subi at Lake Jualbup for another year. This concert always has a great atmosphere with Christmas just around the corner; and in a setting which is one of the jewels in Shenton Park’s – and in fact Subiaco’s – crown," he said.
"Bring a picnic blanket, your family and friends, something to eat and something to drink; you will have a fantastic evening under the setting sun with some talented musicians, in some our best outdoor locations."
All concerts are free to attend and no bookings are required. The City of Subiaco has free parking in
Subipark car stations all weekend – no ticket required.
