The City – a long-term Act Belong Commit partner – is encouraging residents to get involved in some activities that support their mental health and wellbeing this October for Mental Health Week.
Mental Health Week is taking place 7-14 October and provides a great opportunity to address and highlight the importance of mental health and ways we can help maximise it.
The City holds and supports a huge number of events and activities each month; here are some we’re specifically putting on for Mental Health Week.
Enhance your Gut Health – Friday 6 October
