The City has approved three grants for works at heritage properties as part of its heritage grants fund.
The heritage grants provide financial assistance to property owners for works in the public view that conserve and/or enhance the heritage significance of a place or area and for works to stabilise a building.
At its May Ordinary Council Meeting, Council approved grants for works including repairs to chimneys, brick work and windowsills, fixing damaged tuck pointing and removal of render.
The City appreciates the dedication of home owners who work to conserve and enhance their heritage properties.
