The City of Subiaco held its Annual Electors Meeting last night on Thursday 1 December at 241 Rokeby Road.
Mayor David McMullen opened the meeting by speaking about how the City was in the best position its been in for a number of years and it was great to see exciting new businesses arriving and existing businesses thriving.
“This is no accident or coincidence but is the result of hard work and dedication of the City and Council to ensure we make the best decisions for our community.
“We take great pride in our City and making it a premier place to live, work and recreate.
“I’m looking forward to continuing this momentum and positivity into our future.”
The Annual Report, financial statements and auditors report for the 2021-22 financial year was carried by all in attendance.
There we no questions from the floor but a motion of thanks to local resident Genevieve Binnie was carried after being moved and seconded by two ratepayers at the meeting.
