Palms Community Centre
430 Rokeby Road, Subiaco

Set on a picturesque green reserve with views of Kings Park, this large hall has a kitchen and separate bar facilities, plus ample free parking.

Capacity: 100 to 200 guests
Suitable for: engagement parties, wedding receptions, birthday parties, meditation groups, fitness sessions, quiz nights, fundraisers. 

Shenton Park Community Centre
240 Onslow Road, Shenton Park 

Need a performance space? This venue has a raised stage area, black acoustic curtains, full sound and microphone system and coloured stage lighting. 

Capacity: 100 guests (Main hall) or 15 guests (Activity room)
Suitable for: Theatre and choir productions, movie screenings, live acoustic performances, Zumba and yoga classes and functions where alcohol is served
 

Tom Dadour Community Centre
363 Bagot Road, Subiaco

This versatile venue has two large spaces available to hire with tables, chairs, kitchen facilities and a working piano.

Capacity: east wing (60), west wing (40)
Suitable for: Strata meetings, public speaking groups, information sessions, art classes, children’s birthday parties
 

Subiaco Community Business Space
430 Rokeby Road, Subiaco
(Office 1 and Office 2 are currently unavailable to hire). 

Choose from a mix of spaces designed for small business with modern presentation equipment, flexible furniture, free on-site parking, large green outdoor space and kitchenette. 

Capacity: meeting room (8), workshop area (20)
Suitable for: meetings, workshops, presentations, client meetings, an office day away from your usual place of work.
