Animal registrations and renewals have moved to TechnologyOne

From today, City residents can register and renew their animals online via the City's TechnologyOne system. 

Animal registrations and renewals can be completed via My Account. Residents will be required to create an account and submit registrations and renewals via this system, replacing the previous eServices platform. 

Through My Account, you can: 

  • Submit and track your application/s

  • Make secure payments

  • Access support and City services in one place. 

Set up your My Account and get started.
