Enhanced online services for our community

To deliver on its vision to create opportunities for growth and development, elevate services, and futureproof operations, the City of Subiaco is undertaking a three-year project to upgrade its existing applications to TechnologyOne’s OneCouncil software.

This week, the City’s new and improved online services are available for the community.

These enhanced services are available 24/7 via any device, and offer faster response times and more transparency around the progress of your request with the City. Online services are available via the City’s website, at the URL www.subiaco.wa.gov.au/online-services. You can still call the City or visit to speak with City staff in person.

The types of requests that can be made via online services have expanded, meaning community members can continue to submit requests for new bins, street maintenance, tree pruning, rates enquiries and even more City services.

Mayor David McMullen said the new system for requests will benefit the community.

“The City’s enhanced online services are simple to use, transparent, accessible on any device, and available 24/7. This means you can reach the City anytime, and from anywhere, and you can have peace of mind that a City officer is handling your request and providing timely updates directly to you, via your communication method of choice.

“The TechnologyOne system is equipping the City to deliver for our growing community, with a focus on continuous improvement, innovation, organisational efficiency and customer service.

“These enhanced online services put our customers front of mind and ensure our customer service is of the highest possible quality. Wherever the City unlocks efficiencies and better ways of working through things like the TechnologyOne system, it is ultimately to the benefit of the community whom we serve."

As part of the roll-out, City staff will be hosting three walk-in sessions at Subiaco Library – on Thursday 17 July, and Thursday 24 July from 10am to 11am – where residents, business owners, and community groups can drop by and ask questions about the enhanced online service process.
