The Audit and Risk Committee’s primary objective is to guide and assist the local government in carrying out its financial management and auditing functions. The committee also reports to Council on the City’s progress on these matters.
The committee is made up of elected members and a representative from the community with relevant experience. The committee meets as required, and at least three times per year.
Members of the Disability, Access and Inclusion Committee include elected members, City staff, community members living with disability, and representatives from the community who work with people with disability and have an interest in accessibility and inclusion.
The committee helps the City with many issues around disability, access and inclusion. They meet three times a year, or more regularly as required.
The Economic and Business Development and Sustainability Committee helps the City develop business strategies, and progress initiatives and actions from the City’s Economic Development Strategy.
The Committee consists of four elected members, and a maximum of two representatives from the Subiaco community including, business owners, business representatives or local community members. It meets every two months, or as required.
The Property and Investment Assets Committee advises Council on the City's land assets, investment portfolio and property and investment issues detailed in the City’s Strategic Financial Plan. The committee is made up of five elected members.
