Young artists' works on display at Subiaco Library
A new exhibition showcasing the top 50 artists from the 2025 Shaun Tan Award for Young Artists officially opens at Subiaco Library, and online, today!
The impressive works are part of the City of Subiaco’s long-running prestigious visual art award, with school students from across the state entering for the chance to exhibit their pieces.
Exhibition visitors – both in-person and online – can vote for their favourite piece to win the people’s choice award.
The Shaun Tan Award for Young Artists exhibition runs from Monday 7 July to Sunday 3 August at Subiaco Library and online.
An official award night in late July will close out the 2025 awards with patron, Shaun Tan, set to give a speech to the attending young artists and their families.
The 2025 award is supported by Janet Holmes a Court AC, Kool Kreative, Dymocks Subiaco, Jacksons Drawing Supplies, Mirage Digital and Creative Kids Arts Club.
