Subiaco’s annual European-inspired food and wine festival Subi Spritz is set to bring the flavours, aromas, and flair of Southern Europe to the heart of Subiaco from March 26 to 29, 2026.
Indulge in
la dolce vita with a series of mouth-watering events and activations, including annual highlights like the popular Conti Roll Contest, the Kiosk at Forrest Walk; featuring a pop-up spritz bar and DJs, and some exciting new additions to the calendar.
Among next year’s new events include the ultimate Euro Sunday Session featuring Ben Ing (FOUND, Si Paradiso) and Ben Jacob (Masseria). The two will join forces to curate a delicious food and beverage pairing combining the best of Western Australian produce with contemporary Italian flavours.
Luke Foyle (Juanita’s) has invited Blaze Young (Niew Ruin) and Drew Dawson (The Cool Room) to his Subiaco bar for a snack-focused party that will close out the festivities.
The 2026 festival marks the fifth consecutive year of Subi Spritz, which has grown to become a staple calendar event that sees thousands of people flocking to the streets of Subiaco to experience some of the best food, wine, and cultural events that the state has to offer.
Mayor David McMullen said, “Subi Spritz is our iconic event showcasing our very own food and beverage experiences to the whole of Perth.
“It not only draws visitors to the City of Subiaco during the festival, but it also keeps them coming back all year round once they discover what our fantastic venues have to offer.”
