The City has approved five grants for works on heritage properties as part of its Heritage Grants Fund.
These heritage grants provide funding for conservation works which are in the public view and enhance and reveal the heritage significance of the property, and/or urgent conservation works required in order to stabilise a building.
At its May Ordinary Council Meeting, Council approved grants for works that include re-roofing, replacing and repairing verandah decking, crack repairs in an external wall, and re-pointing fretting mortar.
The City appreciates the dedication of homeowners who work to conserve and enhance their heritage properties.
