Council approves change of land use to community purpose
At last night’s meeting, Council approved a development application for change of land use from an existing office to a community purpose on Bagot Road for a period of four years.The approval means the premises can be used for social services and accommodation for young people.
The change was assessed under Local Planning Scheme No. 5 and other applicable planning controls to ensure residential amenity is preserved. It was approved subject to a number of conditions.
