Subiaco museum is celebrating Christmas with a special exhibition of letters, postcards and Christmas cards that showcase the way we have connected with family and loved ones over the holiday period in the past.
Key pieces include letters and cards sent from the front during World War I at Christmas, a collection of City of Subiaco greeting cards and some beautiful handmade cards.
There will also be a large Christmas tree to showcase traditional methods used for decorating and celebrating the holidays, as well as a family friendly activity to make a peg ornament for your Christmas tree like they used to in times gone by (Saturday 11 December, 10.30am to 12pm).
