Have your say on the City’s local law reviews
The City is inviting community feedback as it reviews seven local laws to ensure they remain current and suitable for their intended purpose.
Council approved the reviews at its Ordinary Council Meeting on 28 July 2026. The review process will help determine whether each local law should remain unchanged, be amended, or be repealed.
Consultation will take place in two groups, as below.
Group 1: Open for comment from Friday 31 July to Friday 11 September 2026

Community members can read the local laws and provide feedback through Have Your Say Subiaco. Hard-copy comment forms are also available.
