See Subi on Sunday - No More Blank Walls
Public art in Subiaco continues to enhance the experience of visiting commercial locations. A street art festival with the purpose of beautifying the city and bringing people together in a celebration of culture took place in Subiaco in October 2024. Explore the city and enjoy the ten new installations, some of which are hidden treasures, as well as previous artworks.
Start and finish at southern side of Subiaco station, Rokeby road, Subiaco.
The walks take approximately one and a half hours to complete and are suitable for people of all ages. Walks are conducted in a relaxed, friendly and informative manner. Community members with past and present connections to the areas visited are invited to provide personal anecdotes that enhance the appreciation of the location explored during each walk.
The See Subi on Sunday walks work on the same basis as a group of friends walking together, who invite others to join them. New walkers are always welcome.
Event Details: Walks will go ahead rain or shine but will be cancelled in the event of thunderstorms or hail. All walkers take part at their own risk.
