See Subi Creativity and Colour

Western Subi Centro development was home to a variety of industries before being transformed into an award winning residential and parkland area. Explore the area enjoying the colours and hidden treasures while learning about the area’s heritage captured in many of the art installations. The history of the area is an important element of the character of Subiaco and is ready for your enjoyment.

Start and finish corner Bishop and Upham streets, Jolimont. 

The intention of the walks is to encourage participation and pleasure. The walks take approximately one and a half hours to complete and are suitable for people of all ages. Walks are conducted in a relaxed, friendly and informative manner.

Community members with past and present connections to the areas visited are invited to provide personal anecdotes that enhance the appreciation of the location explored during each walk.

The See Subi on Sunday walks work on the same basis as a group of friends walking together, who invite others to join them. New walkers are always welcome. Walks will go ahead rain or shine but will be cancelled in the event of thunderstorms or hail. All walkers take part at their own risk.
