About Tracey Dembo

Tracey Dembo is a children’s author who is passionate about encouraging big questions, daring dreams and wild imaginations. She believes in the power of good stories, well-timed jokes and freshly baked cakes. She's also a proclaimed professional day dreamer, word tamer and puddle jumper. Her picture books An A-Z of Dreaming Differently and This Book is A Time Machine are engaging, filled with curiosity and humour.

Tracey lives in sunny Perth – on Whadjuk Noongar Boodjar – where there are many excellent beaches.

Subiaco library runs a free school holiday program for school children. An adult must accompany children, and remain within the library, during all activities.
