Did you know that many everyday products were made right here in Subiaco? Discover the surprising range of locally manufactured goods from Metters cookers and Bristile ceramic sinks, to wicker furniture and a 1930s macaroni factory. This event will include a look into the upcoming exhibition Made in Subiaco, which celebrates Subiaco’s rich manufacturing and industrial heritage. Explore museum objects and maker’s stories which uncover the people, products and enterprises that helped shape the suburb’s identity.
