With ANZAC Day approaching, we are looking at experiences of war service related to the Subiaco area. Hear stories from both World Wars and learn about some of the important memorials and honour boards dedicated to these individuals across the City. We will have a collection of the soldiers’ oral histories to listen to, as well as a display of military memorabilia from the collection.
This talk will conclude with a special look inside the Subiaco Fallen Soldiers War Memorial.
***Please note this is the same talk as the ANZAC EVE Subiaco Soldiers' Stories. Please do not book into both talks.
Museum Mornings are held on the first Thursday of the month at the Subiaco Museum with a free morning tea provided.
Book now to join this free event for adults from 10 am to11.30 am to explore the museum collection and discover new artefacts with a different theme each month.
The closest toilets are located at the Subiaco Library.
