Mindfulness Session

WA Seniors Week runs from 10-17 November 2024, and recognises the important role that seniors play in our community and celebrates the contributions of older Western Australians.

This one-off class is tailored to you being mindful and relaxed, giving yourself a moment to breath in this busy world. Our experienced instructor will guide you through 45 minutes of breathwork, meditation and dynamic stretching at Lords Recreation Centre, which is sure to have you feeling your best self. Let the instructor know at the beginning of the class if you have any limitations they should be aware of.

This class will be followed by light refreshments.

All participants in attendance will be asked to sign a Casual Use Register acknowledging that during all times while on the Lords’ premises you participate in activities at your own risk. Lords will not be held liable for any injuries, losses or damages incurred by participants during activities at Lords.
