MOMO, known for his vibrant and abstract large scale murals, will show you how to make your own pattern paint rollers, then we’ll try painting with tools we’ve made! Learn how to experiment with shapes, form and colour in this playful hands-on workshop.

MOMO has been commissioned by DevelopmentWA to transform the former Princess Margaret Hospital chimney stack into a vibrant piece of public art. He forms part of an artist collaboration with Abdul Abdullah, after a global search to breathe new life into this iconic structure
MOMO is an American artist who began his experimental outdoor work in the late 90s, working with homemade tools and borrowed public space. Ten years of free ranging projects, centred around adapted masonry techniques, strategies based on collage, computer code, and seriality, came to form the basis of his visual language.
