Loss in any form can be extremely debilitating, whether it be from relationship breakdown, ill-health, incapacitation, change of circumstances, employment or opportunities. This workshop invites us to see loss as a vehicle to explore other possibilities in various forms by remaining curious and open to change.
“The art of life is a fine balance between holding on and letting go. I have seen many lives transformed by opening themselves up to what can be when we step out of our comfort zone.” Christine Overstone (Facilitator - The Grief Centre)
Light refreshments will be provided.
