Live Well Health Series - Mental health and self-care as we age

Navigating the ageing process can present challenges, and maintaining mental health and resilience may become a concern. Join us to discover practical tips and strategies for managing stress, promoting well-being, and staying mentally strong as you age.

This session will focus on the significance of mental health, emphasising the importance of self-care and exploring various ways to nurture your well-being. We will discuss what self-care entails and how it can positively impact your mental health.

To enhance your experience, a light afternoon tea will be provided.
