As we age we generally need fewer calories but food that is higher in nutrients. Often older adults are less physically active, have changes in their metabolism and their nutrient intake can be affected by medication, health conditions and body composition.
This session aims to provide you with some valuable information to help you make informed decisions regarding food and nutrients as you age.
A light afternoon tea will be provided.
