Harmony Storytime at Subiaco Library
Hola Subi! November’s Harmony Storytime will celebrate Mexico!
Spanish is one of the languages spoken by our community here in Subiaco, and we can’t wait to listen to this month’s story. Rogelio Matamoros, theatre extraordinaire from Papalote Australia, a theatre group will be joining us to read the stories and sing songs in Spanish.
Afterwards, we will decorate masks for Dia de los Muertos!
The session is suitable for ages 3-12 years, and both novices and native speakers are welcome!
Harmony Storytime is a wonderful opportunity to engage children with a new type of literacy. Hearing words, sounds and songs in different languages is a wonderfully important experience.
Subiaco is a culturally diverse place - let’s celebrate this and get to know our neighbours!

Getting to the event: Subiaco Library has limited parking bays available at the rear of the building including two accessible parking bays. Three hour ticketed parking is available behind Subiaco Church off Rowland Street. For more information on getting around Subiaco visit the city’s website.

Ticket information: You are not required to bring a ticket with you however, names will be checked at the door.
