Good Grief – A New Conversation
Grief is a part of life. As we normalise grief, we find relief and healing. This session will start a rich conversation about grief and loss and how we view it and respond to it.
“Good grief is where we process our grief in healthy ways instead of suppressing it and adopting unhelpful coping strategies. This session will be a rich conversation on the topic of grief and will be relevant to all members of the community.” Christine Overstone (Facilitator - The Grief Centre)
Light refreshments will be provided.
