Take 15 minutes to see the friendly REACH staff and have a health check

Visit Shenton Park Community Centre for a free 15min community health check!

Take 15 minutes to see the friendly REACH staff on Wednesday 24 May for a free health check at Shenton Park Community Centre. Drop in between 9am to 1pm for a brief confidential discussion about your health and wellbeing.

The check-up includes:

• Blood pressure check

• Blood glucose level check

• Girth measurement

• Type 2 diabetes risk assessment

• Information about your heath

This free, drop-in session is open to all adults. Registration not required.
