This seminar provides a broad overview of estate planning and some specific yet simple steps to take no matter how little or much one has already planned to date.
You will learn about:
· What does estate administration involve after someone passes away?
· How do asset ownership and a Will determine who inherits what?
· What are the 3 elements of a complete estate plan?
· How can I best prepare my estate plan and what decisions can I make now?
· Is my superannuation and insurance set-up to benefit my family?
The presenters have detailed legal and administrative knowledge in estate planning and estate administration after a loss, hence understanding the importance of estate planning and what to look out for to reduce family conflict and disputes. The seminar will allow participants to ask questions and the ability to speak with the presenters at the end for more detailed queries.
