Digication: contacting the City online using new online services

Join us at Subiaco Library to explore the City’s new and improved online services available 24/7 and accessible from any device from 30 June 2025. Learn how to easily report issues, submit enquiries, and request services online — from a lifted paver to transferring your animal registration. It’s all accessible online and connects you directly with the right team for faster resolution.

These friendly, casual sessions are designed to support residents, business owners, and community groups through the most used features.

Digication is Subiaco Library's digital education program. This free public session includes an information presentation and practical solutions to common questions. Improve your digital literacy by learning from tutors in these small group sessions.

Getting to the event:

Subiaco Library has limited parking bays available at the rear of the building including two accessible parking bays. For more information on getting around Subiaco visit the city’s website.

You are not required to bring a ticket with you. In the case of a booked-out event, names may be checked at the door.
