WA Seniors Week runs from 10-17 November 2024, and recognises the important role that seniors play in our community and celebrates the contributions of older Western Australians.
Cycling Without Age is a not-for-profit charity that provides a service connecting those no longer able to ride for themselves with their community and the outdoors by giving them free rides on trishaw ebikes, piloted by volunteer cyclists.
The ride route will be departing from Koorak Kings Park, accessed from Kings Park Road.
Some things to be aware of:
• Please remember to wear weather-appropriate clothing (bring a hat and sunscreen during warmer weather and a cardigan and/or scarf in the cool winter).
• Cycling Without Age have a combined weight limit of 150kgs for passengers on the trishaws and so it may be more comfortable to take some passengers individually.
• Persons under 18 years old must be accompanied by an authorised adult.
