Seated Ballet

The cost is $10 per class, payable in cash to the instructor on the day. No bookings are required.

Delivered by Ballet4Wellbeing, these sessions are chair-based, allowing participants to move safely and comfortably while enjoying graceful, flowing movements set to classical music. The exercises support posture, balance, coordination, flexibility and circulation, while also encouraging relaxation and enjoyment. Music plays an important role in each session, helping to create rhythm and flow while supporting focus, memory and emotional wellbeing. More information found here.

No previous dance experience is required, and all movements can be modified to meet a range of physical needs.
