Functional Fitness Class

WA Seniors Week runs from 10-17 November 2024, and recognises the important role that seniors play in our community and celebrates the contributions of older Western Australians.

Get active at Lords Recreation Centre and participate in a special Functional Fitness style class, focusing on bodyweight and cardio exercises with our friendly Gym Instructors. This class will have you doing active movement in a safe and controlled manner with our qualified staff. Let them know at the beginning of the class if you have any limitations they should be aware of.

This class will be followed by light refreshments.

All participants in attendance will be asked to sign a Casual Use Register acknowledging that during all times while on the Lords’ premises you participate in activities at your own risk. Lords will not be held liable for any injuries, losses or damages incurred by participants during activities at Lords.
