Brightwater Series: Falls Prevention - Information and Advice
Join us at the Subiaco Library for an informative session on falls prevention led by Suzanne Kerr, Senior Occupational Therapist and Claire Myhill, Senior Physiotherapist from Brightwater.
Did you know that 25% of people over the age of 65 experience at least one fall each year? Falls are the most common type of accident in older adults, but the good news is that many of these can be prevented by identifying and addressing key risk factors.
Whether you're looking to gain knowledge for yourself, a loved one, or a friend, this event is a wonderful opportunity to learn in a friendly and supportive environment.
