Bike Month Storytime

Come along to Rankin Gardens for a Bike Month themed Storytime, suitable for children aged five and under.

To celebrate Bike Month, bring along your bike, scooter, or bike helmet to the park next to the museum for a special Storytime session. We will have stickers, pipe cleaners, and bells on hand to bling up your bike!

People on Bicycles will have balance bikes for the young ones to learn on, so arrive at 10.15am to let off some energy before Storytime. Helmets provided.

There will be fun books and rhymes, party games and bubbles followed by fun outdoors games in the park.

Event times:

10.15am - Balance Bikes for kids to ride on at Rankin Gardens

10.30am - Storytime

11.00am - Storytime finished. Craft activities and continued fun on balance bikes

11.30am - Bike Month Storytime concludes

Getting to the event: 

Subiaco Library has limited parking bays available at the rear of the building including two accessible parking bays. Three-hour ticketed parking is available behind Subiaco Church off Rowland Street. For more information on getting around Subiaco visit the city’s website.
