During National Homelessness Week the City of Subiaco invites you to a presentation by guest speakers including Matt Vapor on the challenges of homelessness in our community and the opportunities to contribute to the solution.
Matt Vapor is the founder of Beneath the Surface. Matt has lived experience with homelessness and uses his role at Beneath the surface to educate, write and consultant on issues surrounding homelessness.
