This Barista Basics course is designed to give you a basic knowledge and skills required to produce and serve a variety of coffee beverages using a commercial espresso machine. This session will help you master the basics—so you’ll know your lattes from your macchiatos, and your almond milk from your oat milk.
Participants will learn how to advise customers on coffee beverages, select and grind coffee beans, prepare and assess espresso coffee beverages, and use, maintain and clean espresso machines.
