Advance Care Planning with Subiaco Justice Centre
In the lead up to World Elder Abuse Awareness Day, a Subiaco Justice Centre lawyer will present a FREE advance care planning session.
Learn how to safeguard your rights, plan for a safe and secure future and how best to care for and protect your assets.
Afternoon tea will be provided and you will have the opportunity to ask questions in an informal and confidential space.
Please do not attend if you are unwell or have flu like symptoms.
