WA Seniors Week runs from 10-17 November 2024, and recognises the important role that seniors play in our community and celebrates the contributions of older Western Australians.
Our friends at Subiaco Physiotherapy are coming to Lords Recreation Centre to give you an exclusive presentation on Active Ageing. Staying active is important at any age, and this physiotherapist lead talk will empower you to keep moving safely and effectively throughout your later years.
