Parking machine upgrade

The City of Subiaco is replacing its ageing parking machines with a modern fleet to improve the parking experience and clean up streetscapes for residents, businesses, and visitors. The upgrade includes consolidating the fleet, with fewer physical machines across the City.

Work will be done in stages from September to December 2026. Some machines will be replaced or removed, and nine selected parking locations will become virtual (online and EasyPark payments accepted).

Parking fees will remain unchanged, and parking remains free on weekends and after 5pm on weekdays. Physical machines will remain available throughout the City, including those that accept cash in areas where this payment option remains in demand.

Signage and parking maps are available to support motorists during the transition. The City will monitor community feedback as the changes are introduced. If motorists have questions, the City's Compliance Services team can assist on 9237 9222.
