Freedom of information
The Freedom of Information Act 1992 gives members of the public a right to apply for access to documents held by the City of Subiaco.
Wherever possible, the City aims to make information available outside the Freedom of Information (FOI) process. If you would like to lodge a formal FOI application with the City, please follow the process in the City of Subiaco 2024 information statement (PDF, 1.54MB).
Rights to access documents
If information is not routinely available, the Freedom of Information Act 1992 provides the right to apply for documents held by the agency. The Act also enables the public to ensure that personal information in documents held by the City is accurate, complete and up-to-date.
