Community consultation shapes the City’s activities, services, and strategic focus. The City regularly assesses customer satisfaction through the Community Scorecard study to ensure it is maintaining its focus on community needs and feedback.
Information gathered from this study is used to inform strategic plans, service delivery and budgeting, as well as to identify areas for improvement.
2022 Community Scorecard results
In 2022 the City commissioned Perth-based research consultancy, Catalyse, to undertake the Community Scorecard study. It was open to the community for feedback in March and April. The results of the survey were benchmarked against other Western Australian local governments and the City’s previous performance.
The City is grateful to the many community members who responded to the survey. Information provided helps the City evaluate and plan the services provided to the community.
